Process

From idea to production.

A transparent, collaborative way of turning ambitious ideas into reliable software — built on short feedback loops, clear decisions and working software every week.

Five phases

A clear path, with room to adapt.

Every project moves through the same five phases. The depth of each one scales with the size and risk of what we're building.

  1. 1–2 weeks

    Phase 01

    Discover

Understand the business, users, technical constraints and goals.

    What happens

    • Stakeholder and user interviews
    • Review of existing systems, data and constraints
    • Business goals and success metrics
    • Risks, assumptions and open questions

    What you get

A discovery brief covering goals, users, constraints and recommended next steps.

    Discovery brief

    Your involvement

Workshops and interviews with the people closest to the problem.

  2. 1–2 weeks

    Phase 02

    Define

Turn the requirements into a clear architecture, scope and product direction.

    What happens

    • Scope and priorities for the first release
    • System architecture and data model
    • Technology choices, with trade-offs explained
    • Delivery plan and milestones

    What you get

Architecture, scope and a phased roadmap with clear estimates.

    Architecture & roadmap

    Your involvement

Review sessions to align on scope, priorities and trade-offs.

  3. 2–4 weeks

    Phase 03

    Design

Create interfaces and interactions around real workflows.

    What happens

    • User flows mapped to real workflows
    • Wireframes and interactive prototypes
    • Visual design and design system foundations
    • Usability checks with real users where possible

    What you get

Clickable prototypes and a design system ready for development.

    Interactive prototype

    Your involvement

Feedback on prototypes, plus access to users for testing.

  4. Iterative sprints

    Phase 04

    Build

Develop the product using modern, maintainable technologies.

    What happens

    • Short iterations with working software every week
    • Automated testing and code review
    • CI/CD pipelines and preview environments
    • Integrations, data migration and security hardening

    What you get

Production-ready software, documented and continuously deployed.

    Production-ready software

    Your involvement

Weekly demos and quick decisions on priorities.

  5. Ongoing

    Phase 05

    Launch & Improve

Deploy, observe, iterate and continue improving the product.

    What happens

    • Staged rollout and launch support
    • Monitoring, alerting and product analytics
    • Performance and reliability tuning
    • A roadmap for the next iterations

    What you get

A live, observable product and a prioritized improvement plan.

    Live product & next steps

    Your involvement

Launch planning and ongoing product decisions.

Working rhythm

How we keep projects moving.

Momentum comes from visibility. You always know what's done, what's next and what needs a decision.

  • Weekly demos

See working software every week — not slide decks or status reports.

  • Direct access

A shared channel with the engineers designing and building your product.

  • Transparent progress

A shared board with scope, priorities and status visible at all times.

  • Documented decisions

Architecture and product decisions written down as we go, not reconstructed later.

Engagement models

Ways to work together.

Every project is different. Choose the engagement that fits your stage, budget and team — and adjust it as your needs evolve.

  • Defined scope

    Project build

A clearly scoped product or feature delivered end to end — ideal for MVPs, new platforms and major releases.

    • Agreed scope and milestones
    • Weekly demos
    • Launch and handover support
  • Ongoing

    Product partnership

Dedicated engineering capacity that works as an extension of your team, with a shared roadmap and continuous delivery.

    • Flexible monthly capacity
    • Shared roadmap
    • Continuous improvement
  • Advisory

    Technical consulting

Architecture reviews, code audits and hands-on guidance for the technical decisions that are expensive to get wrong.

    • Architecture and code reviews
    • Technology selection
    • Actionable recommendations

It depends on scope and complexity. Focused work such as an integration, an automation or a set of Shopify improvements can start from a few thousand euros, while complete products and platforms are larger investments. After an initial conversation, we'll give you a clear estimate and recommend the most efficient way to reach your goals.

Yes. We regularly step into existing products to add features, improve performance, reduce technical debt or modernize the architecture. We start with a short technical review so we understand the code before we change it.

Yes. After launch we can continue with monitoring, maintenance, improvements and new features — either on a flexible basis or as an ongoing product partnership.

That depends on the scope and our current availability. Tell us your timeline when you get in touch, and we'll be upfront about when we can realistically begin and what the first weeks would look like.
